Wood Street 3, Hulland House, ink on watercolour paper, 2017.

This is another historic house on Wood Street. It’s called Hulland House and was named after the school superintendent, Jack Hulland, who lived in this house from 1952 to the mid 60’s. This house was also the first private home to be named an historic site. For more info click here. I myself, of course, love the windows! It’s a lovely little house painted a happy shade of yellow.
